壹、申請期間：自114年9月1日(一)起至9月12日(五)17:00截止，逾期視同放棄申請並不再受理，敬請協助與配合。
貳、注意事項(請務必詳閱再填申請系統)：
1、本次補助114年11月1日至115年3月31日期間辦理之活動，申請之活動日期應在前列區間內。
2、輸入「社團名稱」時請先打上社團代碼再以點選社團清單方式建立，否則會出現錯誤訊息。
3、社團基本資料填寫之後即可先填第一筆活動之代碼及預算等資料，確認後繼續申請第二筆，並請依活動時間先後次序填寫。
4、活動代碼：【1】一般活動；【2】大型專案；【3】一般服務；【4】服務專案。活動代碼與活動內容不符者，不予補助，補助項目請參考補助原則。
【1】一般活動：免附「活動企劃書」。
【2】大型專案：
(1)應為公演、成果展、全國性或跨三校(含）以上之活動，並須附活動企劃書，未附企劃書、企劃書內容不齊全、活動性質不符大型專案者，均不予補助。
(2)企劃書內容須含：活動名稱、時間、地點、有無收費(有收費者請註明收費名稱如：售票、報名費等)、預估參加人數(不含工作人員)、預算明細、活動流程等。
【3】一般服務、【4】服務專案：須附「學生團體服務方案經費申請表」詳參課外組公告附件，未上傳者不予補助(不需附企劃書)。
【5】社團刊物或比賽報名費：不須於本系統提出申請，另依本校學生團體活動經費補原則辦理。
5、透過本系統申請之內容查詢權限限定為社長及總務。
6、待「學生團體活動經費審核委員會議」決議及簽核確定補助金額後，將由所屬課外組輔導老師代為列印並發給社團計畫暨預算表。請社團於活動開始前一週提出活動計畫表並於活動結束一週內，依相關規定檢據核銷。

I. Application Period
From Monday, September 1, 2025, to Friday, September 12, 2025, 5:00 p.m. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered a waiver and will not be accepted.
II. Reminders (Please read carefully before completing the application system):
1.This subsidy applies to activities held between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026. The event date of the application must be scheduled during this period.
2.After filling in the club’s basic information, you may first enter the code, budget, and other details for the initial activity. Once confirmed, please proceed to apply for the second activity and fill out the applications in chronological order according to the event dates.
III.Types of Subsidies:
(1)General Activities (2)Major Projects (3)General Services(4)Service Projects.
Applications that do not match the declared subsidy type will not be approved. Please refer to the subsidy guidelines for details on eligible items.
(1)General Activities: No activity proposal is required.
(2)Major Projects:
1. It must be performances, exhibitions, nationwide events, or activities jointly
organized by three or more universities. An activity proposal must be attached.
Applications without a proposal, with incomplete proposal content, or for activities that do not qualify as major projects will not be approved.
2. The proposal must include the following: activity name, date and time, venue, whether fees will be charged (if so, specify the type, such as ticket sales or registration fees), estimated number of participants (excluding staff), a detailed budget, and an activity schedule.
(3)General Services/ (4)Service Projects:
A “Student Club Service Project Fund Application Form”must be attached (see the attachment in the Student Activities Section’s announcement). Applications without this form will not be approved. (No proposal is required)
(5)Club Publications or Competition Registration Fees:
Do not apply through this system. These are handled separately according to the university’s Student Club Activity Subsidy Guidelines.
4.The authority to access application records through this system is limited to the club president and the treasurer.
5.After the“Student Club Activity Fund Review Committee”has finalized its resolution and the subsidy amount has been approved and signed, the advisor from the Student Activities Section will print and issue the club’s activity plan and budget form on behalf of the club. Clubs must submit the activity plan at least one week before the event's start and complete reimbursement procedures, in accordance with the relevant regulations, within one week following the event's conclusion.
